- Full escort: our trek is fully escorted by an English-speaking, local expert guide and porters (ratio: one porter to two trekkers); our sightseeing tour in Khathmandu is with English-speaking local guides
- Accommodation: 14 nights accommodation – 11 nights in small hotels, tea houses and local lodges (standard rooms with non-attached bathrooms) during the trek, plus 3 nights in a hotel in Kathmandu, all based on sharing a twin room
- Meals: all meals during the trek plus breakfasts in Kathmandu
- Transport: airport transfers in a private vehicle; internal flights (Kathmandu – Lukla and Lukla – Kathmandu)
